Guidance for aspiring and junior Product Managers
Guidance for aspiring and junior Product Managers
If you're totally new to Product Management and you'd like to understand more about the current PM landscape, you're in the right place. If you are in your very first role as Product Manager and not sure how to navigate the daily rhythm, I'd like to hear from you.
I am a full-time Product Manager and part-time counsellor based in London. With a background in research, project & product management, and end-to-end service delivery, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. I have worked in scale-up environments, as well as large corporates, agency-side and client-side, thus gaining exposure to a wide array of contexts. I have also spent hundreds of hours in interview preparation.
Please email hello@productmanagerquestions.online if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I offer career guidance and consulting services for people who have not yet started their PM journey or are in their first junior PM role. The service comes in the form of an online session, which lasts up to 2 hours.
Product Management welcomes many backgrounds, from psychology to full-stack development. What matters most is that the core skills and competencies which can be transferred in the PM role are present and demonstrable.
Whilst some courses can be useful to gain more theoretical knowledge, it is certainly not a guarantee that formalised PM training will land you a job. Many seasoned Product Managers have no formal qualifications, and others have decided to supplement their portfolio with an official certification.
Depending on the individual circumstance, I can help with reviewing your CV, as well with preparing to apply and interview for entry-level PM positions.
The fee is £100 per hour, payable in advance.
